Vanuatu Financial Services Commission
VFSC was established in December 1993 in accordance with Article 35 of the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission Act 1993. Prior to this, VFSC was only the official bankruptcy department of the Ministry of Finance and company registration information. Department structure: It is divided into enterprise service department, bankruptcy department, law enforcement department and registration examination department. The four departments report to and be responsible to the chairman and vice chairman.

The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) is the German financial supervisory authority, which is supervised by the German Federal Ministry of Finance. Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission is an independent public oversight agency. This agency is responsible for overseeing the investment services market and transactions of transferable securities in the Republic of Cyprus. The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission was established under the "Securities and Exchange Commission Act 2001".
