British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission
The Financial Services Commission was established under the guidance of the Financial Services Commission Act promulgated in December 2001. It is the only independent autonomous financial regulatory agency in the region. This agency is responsible for providing authorization and permits to enterprises and individuals engaged in financial services, and at the same time supervising regulated financial service activities to protect the public from individuals or companies that provide financial services illegally. This organization is also responsible for the trademark registration of all companies and limited cooperative enterprises in the region. Its main function is to supervise all financial services in BVI. According to the BVI law, it supervises all financial service activities that operate within the BVI or are incorporated in the BVI. These services include insurance, banking, fiduciary business, corporate management, mutual fund business, company registration, limited partnerships, and intellectual property.

Malta Financial Services Authority
MFSA is the only financial services regulatory agency in Malta. It was established on July 23, 2002 to take over foreign exchange regulatory rights from the Central Bank of Malta, the Malta Stock Exchange and the Malta Financial Services Center. MFSA is a fully self-contained and independent institution that reports to the Parliament once a year. The financial services sector includes all financial activities, including related credit institutions, financial and electronic money institutions, securities and investment service companies, standardized markets, insurance companies, pension plans, and trustees.

Federal Financial Supervisory Authority
The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) is the German financial supervisory authority, which is supervised by the German Federal Ministry of Finance. It is an independent federal agency with headquarters in Bonn and Frankfurt. The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority supervises 2,700 banks, 800 financial service institutions and more than 700 insurance businesses. The German Federal Financial Supervisory Agency was established on May 1, 2002. It is a comprehensive financial regulatory agency that supervises all financial markets in Germany.

The Spanish Securities Market Law is one of the products of the in-depth reform of the securities market in the Spanish financial system. The 37th law in 1998 updated and improved the Spanish securities market law, and initially established a regulatory framework for the Spanish securities market. This structure complies with EU regulatory requirements and is conducive to the development of European securities markets.
