The Mauritius Financial Services Commission ("FSC") is a comprehensive supervisory authority for the non-bank financial services sector and global operations. Established in 2001, FSC is authorized by the 2007 “Financial Services Act” and is licensed by the “Securities Act of 2005”, the “Insurance Act of 2005” and the “Private Pension Plan Act of 2012” to supervise these business activities.
