South Africa FSCA
FSCA is a financial institution that supervises market behavior to provide financial products and financial services, and the financial sector authority (FSCA) is responsible for market management and supervision. FSCA aims to strengthen and support the efficiency and integrity of financial markets and protect financial consumers by promoting fair treatment of their financial institutions, as well as providing financial education to financial customers. FSCA will further assist in maintaining financial stability.

DuBai Financial Services Authority
DFSA is an independent financial services regulator or from the Dubai International Financial Center, which conducts a dedicated financial free trade zone in Dubai, UAE. DFSA's regulatory authority includes asset management, banking and credit services, securities, collective investment fund custody and trust services, commodity futures trading, Islamic finance, insurance, international stock exchanges, and an international commodity derivatives exchange. In addition to regulating financial and ancillary services, DFSA is responsible for overseeing and implementing anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) requirements applicable to the Dubai International Financial Center. DFSA has also accepted the delegation’s power to investigate DIFC’s affairs and partnerships for major breaches of the DIFC company’s legal suspicions and pursue enforcement of remedial measures that can be registered from the Dubai International Financial Center Registered Companies (RoC).
