FSA is the Seychelles Non-Bank Financial Services Supervisory Authority, established under the Financial Services Administration Act 2013. FSA is responsible for Seychelles' financial license licensing, financial service supervision, the development of non-bank financial services, and the registration of international business companies, foundations, limited cooperative companies, and international trust institutions in Seychelles.
