The balance suddenly becomes zero

On December 21, 2022, suddenly my account at VT Markets broker became zero, due to "Cash Adjustment-Chargeback". My account number is: 8600203. I got confused and asked a VT Markets agent for help via chat in the member area. But until now there has been no settlement, they also don't understand why my account balance suddenly became zero, they said they would be contacted via the WA number as soon as possible, but until now I have never been contacted by VT Markets.
