I can't withdraw my money

since July 2022 I invested 3000 USD in Omega pro, for 4 months it worked very well, until the end of October when they began to change and make adjustments to the platform, the leaders no longer respond and do not give solutions to anything, the last time they asked me to upload some documents to the alleged broker that calls itself BROKER GROUP but never let me upload documents, automatically as the deadline for requesting the withdrawal was met, I was uploaded to the broker platform where the investment and funds are frozen, the leaders do not respond, if anyone can help me, it would be very helpful, thanks.
