The AIM-traded firm said the lease agreement followed recent store openings in Chelmsford, Marlow, and the Metrocentre.

It said St David's, a major retail destination that spans a third of Cardiff's city centre, attracted around 30 million visitors annually.

Sosandar’s new store would be positioned alongside well-known fashion brands such as AllSaints, Mint Velvet, and Reiss.

The board said the centre also featured high-end restaurants like The Ivy, enhancing its reputation as a go-to destination for shopping and dining.

“It's exciting to announce our fourth store location as we continue our transition to becoming a true multi-channel retailer,” said co-chief executives Ali Hall and Julie Lavington in a joint statement.

“Aligned with our strategy and other store locations announced to date, St David's meets our criteria of opening stores in top tier, thriving locations where Sosandar customers over-index, being the go-to shopping destination in Cardiff.”

At 1317 BST, shares in Sosandar were down 3.52% at 10.13p.
